How it works
Shop and earn points
Every time you buy something across any of our five stores, you earn loyalty points. Your points are linked to your phone number, so there is nothing to set up and no app to download.
Points grow over time
The more you spend each month, the faster your points grow. Once your balance reaches a certain level, your points are upgraded to Big Five reward tokens that you can spend like cash.
Use points at checkout
At checkout you can use your points to cover up to 30% of your order. The rest is paid normally with cash, EcoCash or card. This keeps things fair for sellers and makes sure shelves stay stocked.
Shopper levels
The more you shop, the more you earn
Your level is based on how much you spend each month. Higher levels earn points faster. Levels are reviewed monthly so you can move up as your spending grows.
