These terms summarize the expected use of the Big Five Marketplace frontend. They can be expanded with formal legal copy before launch.
Marketplace accounts
Buyers and merchants are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and secure. Merchant access may require verification before selling tools are unlocked.
Merchant verification
Merchant KYB/KYC submissions can be reviewed by platform administrators. Approval may be required before a merchant can publish listings or receive full platform access.
Orders and escrow
Payments may be held until order collection, delivery, or another confirmation step is completed. This protects both buyers and sellers during checkout.
Listings and availability
Product prices, stock, and fulfillment details can change. Merchants are expected to keep listings accurate and comply with marketplace rules.
Rewards
Reward points, tiers, and redemption limits may be adjusted by the platform to protect inventory, merchants, and customers.
